This agreement is made between Usemee (Pvt) Ltd. This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions related to the purchase and use of the following tour packages:

  • Main Places Visited: 4
  • Sub Places Visited: 8
  • 1 Person Package Price: 1000.00 USD 
  • 2 Person Package Price: 1500.00 USD 
  • Team Package ( Mini. 3 Members - Max. 6 Members ) Price : 3000.00 USD
  • For Groups of over 06 Members, please customize your package with Plan Your Tour.
  • Booking Availability: You can book any dates you want after 14 days from the date of purchase of this package.

Terms and Conditions:

Booking and Payment:

  • Full payment for the selected package is required at the time of booking to confirm the reservation.
  • Payments are non-refundable. Please refer to our Non-Refundable Policy for more details.

Booking Dates:
  • Clients may select any travel dates starting from 14 days after the date of purchase.
  • Dates are subject to availability. The Company will confirm the booking dates within 3 business days of the request.

Package Inclusions:
  • Star Package ⭐ : Accommodation for 4 nights, transportation for 500 KM, guided tours to 4 main places and 8 sub places, breakfast included.
  • Moon Package 🌙 : Accommodation for 6 nights, transportation for 1000 KM, guided tours to 6 main places and 12 sub places, breakfast included.
  • Sun Package 🌞 : Accommodation for 11 nights, transportation for 1500 KM, guided tours to 7 main places and 14 sub places, breakfast included.
  • Sky Package ⛅ : Accommodation for 19 nights, transportation for 2000 KM, guided tours to 9 main places and 24 sub places, breakfast included.
  • Additional meals and expenses are not covered.

Client Responsibilities:
  • Clients must possess valid travel documents, including a passport and any necessary visas.
  • Clients are responsible for their personal belongings. The Company is not liable for any loss or damage.
  • Clients must adhere to the local laws and customs of Sri Lanka during the tour.

Changes and Cancellations:
  • Any changes to the booking dates must be requested in writing and are subject to availability and additional charges.
  • Cancellations by the Client are non-refundable.

Force Majeure:
  • The Company is not liable for any delays, changes, or cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or political unrest.

Liability:
  • The Company’s liability is limited to the price of the package. The Company is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses.

Insurance:
  • Clients are advised to purchase travel insurance to cover medical expenses, trip cancellations, and other unforeseen events.

Governing Law:
  • This Agreement is governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be resolved in the courts of Sri Lanka.
